Within my ‘toolbox’ is nearly 20 years experience in community development and delivery of services for health and well-being. There are cross-overs between community development and marketing communication.
Here are examples of cross sector partnerships, internal and multi-group collaboration, empowerment, learning for positive change, community group design and ownership of initiatives to benefit local people, evidence of 6 ways to well-being and supporting groups to sustainable independence with an understanding of diplomatic governance.
There are often opportunities to challenge systems, tackle inequality, exclusion, reduce isolation and depression, break barriers, reduce ignorance and friction, provide realistic person centered goals, strengthen networks, help people meet their basic needs and create unity in the community.
